Product Development:
At the design phase we develop by your request a complex 3D component with your designer. With our 3D-CAD/CAM-System we create flat and volume models according to drafts or out off digital information. In the model phase all requirements to function, form and quality of the component are already calculated and in a multi dimensional view checkable.

Article Constructions:
From 3D objects to a norm 2D drawings with dimensioning and tolerance indication for your supplier. Volumes calculations, penetration check, distance check, surface- and material indication.

Modeling:
The digital drafts get molded by us into concrete models through a CNC-milling technique. As basic material we use preferred aluminum and polyurethane in several densities and qualities.

Mold Construction:
Regarding your request we create mold injections. From the aluminum mold for null series to the hardened steel mold for your series production.

Plastics Processing:
Together with our partner concerns we bring your product to series and deliver plastic parts in several sizes and purchase quantities from 100 to 1.000.000 pieces.

Metal Processing:
Well-known industry concerns produce metal components from our defaults, which we can deliver out off different materials and surface conditions.
